Description: Learn and appreciate the culture of good coffee
of Chiapas through tasting and sampling of the processes
washed, honeys and natural coffee specials that are
produced in the coffee-growing regions that care for the
ecosystems. Get started as a coffee taster at home
through knowledge of tasting protocols.
Experimental workshop full of unknown flavors, a
delight to the palate.! In the middle of coffee plantations, active farm.
1st. Conversation: How to improve our relationship with the
coffee, consumption habits and our culture.
2nd. Coffee from Mexico, Chiapas: Coffee species, regions of
Chiapas, special processes from seed to cup.
3rd. Tasting practice.
Methodology, first steps, sensory protocol for
learn to find the qualities of coffee in a cup.
4th. Coffee preparation and tasting: using methods
dos and specialty recipes. Make the perfect cup.
